Trained in Expressive Arts, Play Therapy, and certified in Lifespan Integration (LI), Lizet integrates these modalities within a trauma-informed, holistic framework. Guided by Polyvagal Theory, she helps clients regulate their nervous systems, heal from trauma, and reconnect with their inner strength and resilience.
